I'm Faye. I provide services and support that meet that challenge.
About me
I have worked in leadership roles at not-for-profit organisations, and I am an experienced trustee and charity board chair.

I’ve designed and implemented new strategies, led complex organisational change programmes, delivered new operating models, steered digital transformation, refreshed ways of working, adapted organisational cultures and acted as a trusted comms advisor to CEOs and Directors.
I bring strategic thinking, an ability to lead and deliver through complexity and uncertainty, a depth of experience in engagement and communications, facilitation skills that help leadership teams and boards make clear decisions, and an understanding of what helps teams and individuals to adapt.
By combining these skills, I help turn ideas into operational reality while maintaining the trust and involvement of employees and stakeholders.

Previous projects
Delivering a merger and TUPE
As a Transition Programme Director, I led a strategy, funding and organisational review. This included negotiating and leading the operational delivery of a transfer of this work to a new organisation, working with legal, HR, funders and boards.
Developing and implementing strategy
I've led teams and boards through the development of organisational and functional-level strategies, from research and stakeholder input through to the definition of strategic goals and plans. I've developed implementation plans and team rituals and practices needed to keep strategy central to all delivery and communications.
Implementing new operating models
I have developed operating models and redesigned whole organisational and team structures to meet new strategic goals, within tight funding constraints. This included developing a clear business case and leading implementation.
Co-designing and implementing culture and values
I've led creative work to design and deliver new organisational culture and values that match the overall strategy. This included working with and through others to design and implement the culture, and embedding the regular practices, learning and reflection needed to help teams 'live' the new culture.
Embedding new ways of working
I have led teams through a review of the ways of working needed to deliver differently and effectively to a new direction. This included process mapping, co-design of operating and decision-making approaches and the embedding of these changed approaches.
Managing organisational reputation in change
Through changes in executive level leadership and changes resulting from the implementation of new strategies, I've developed and implemented communications strategies and messaging that have mitigated risks, and secured ongoing trust, organisational reputation and stakeholder relationships.
